Terms and Conditions of Sale
A binding contract is created between Fun And Glitter and the buyer when the buyer receives communication from Fun And Glitter in writing, confirming acceptance of their order. This is taken as confirmation that the buyer accepts Fun And Glitter’s terms and conditions.
The price of products confirmed at the point of purchase will remain fixed during the transaction. All prices quoted on the site are subject to alteration without notice. Fun And Glitter shall be entitled to adjust the prices to take account of any alteration made by the buyer to the specifications or other information supplied by the buyer.
All stencils, images, photographs,logos and trade marks are the property of Fun And Glitter and may not be reproduced, copied or otherwise manipulated without our express permission in writing in accordance with the Copyright,Designs and Patents Act 1988.

A binding contract is created between Fun And Glitter and the buyer when the buyer completes their purchase. The full price for ordered products must be paid prior to despatch. All orders must be paid for in Pounds Sterling.
We accept online payments through GlobalIris Epayments and PayPay. This means that you can pay online using paypal,Visa, MasterCard, AMEX,Switch or Solo credit/debit cards.
How secure is ordering online with Fun And Glitter?
As soon as you begin the payment process on our website, you are taken to either our online bank merchant or paypal secure server via a secure connection. Both use the industry standard Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL) and use a minimum 128-bit encryption. All of the ordering and payment processes take place on the merchants secure server where your payment can be transferred into our account – we never get to see or retain your credit card details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
After receiving your order, we will normally dispatch your goods first class within 24 hours. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
The default postage charges are for Royal Mail Second Class. Royal Mail aims to deliver 2nd class mail by the third working day after posting. Charges are calculated based on size and value.
First Class and Next Day Delivery are offered at checkout at an additional cost. Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery to certain locations such as some remote parts of Scotland. Please see www.royalmail.com for further details.
Customers are notified by email when orders are placed. If goods are out of stock, the buyer will be notified and offered a substitute of either the same or a higher value.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Fun And Glitter want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us. However if you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods purchased please contact us via email immediately. You can return them within 14 days and we will refund you in full. Items will only be accepted for return if they arrive back to us in their original condition accompanied by details of the order. Once received, a refund will be issued crediting you using the same method that you used to pay for the goods originally. Postage charges are not refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty.
You can cancel an order at any time prior to to shipment, please contact us via email to do so. In the unlikely event that your order arrives with incorrect or damaged contents, please e-mail us immediately. We will ask you to return the order in its original packaging and we will replace the goods for you or refund your order, and also refund the cost of the postage.
